Dalene J. Whitlock, P.E., P.T.O.E.
Principal and Co-Owner
Ms. Whitlock has expertise in the areas of traffic operation, safety analysis
and transportation facility design as well as the various facets of transportation
planning. She has gained substantial experience in traffic operation through
previous public agency positions and by providing staff services to many of
our current clients. Her attention to detail is unmatched, which is why Dalene
reviews all W-Trans products before they are forwarded to our clients. She also
currently serves the State Board of Registration assisting with the preparation
of the California Traffic Engineering registration exam.

Dalene enjoys spending her free time with her husband, two children, parents
and siblings, most of her family lives in Healdsburg. She loves to travel
and takes advantage of vacation time and conferences to visit new cities all
over the United States. Her other favorite activities include gardening and needlework.
