Don Costa

Mr. Costa has been in traffic engineering consulting since 1994 following 27 years as a Traffic Engineering Assistant for the City of Woodland. His transportation experience includes traffic signal design and operations, traffic safety studies, speed zone studies, school crossing studies and parking studies. He has completed traffic signal designs for new installations and modifications in many communities in Northern California. He has also completed signal designs that have been reviewed and approved by California Department of Transportation Districts 1, 2, 3, 4 and 10.

Outside of work Don enjoys hiking, camping, and amateur photography. He also devotes free time to enjoying his family, bocce court and sampling his wine collection. Don and his wife live in Santa Rosa.
