W-Trans History

W-Trans was established in 1995 by Dalene Whitlock, Steve Weinberger and Cheryl Whitlock-Hoffman with its office in Santa Rosa, California.  Zack Matley became the fourth owner of the company in 2006.  In 2011, W-Trans opened its Bay Area office in Oakland with Mark Spencer as the Branch Manager.  The technical staff includes six engineers who are registered in Traffic and/or Civil Engineering in California: Dalene Whitlock, Steve Weinberger, Mark Spencer, Allan Tilton, Mary Jo Yung, and Tony Henderson.  Zack Matley is a certified AICP.
